We want you to love your Nordic Socks, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Simply ensure the labels are still attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn socks in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and labels remain intact.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
